Fit Mind - Fit Body & Soul
Growing up can be complex. If you are a young person, you probably have a lot of conflicting demands on your time, stress from work and school, and expectations from family, friends and colleagues. All of these pressures can start to accumulate over time and, if the load proves too much to bear, can often result in feelings of anxiety, sadness and even depression. This kit, consisting of a series of "Help Sheets", contains information on these topics and more, and is a young person's guide in the pursuit of positive mental and emotional health.
